Place an order with your local store by calling 0800 COSMIC (267642) and following the prompts.

Shopping on line with us is the recommended way to go during Alert Level Three, however we realise it can be a struggle finding the things you need online. That's why we are offering a little more assistance to help you find what you're after.

Some of our stores will be available for phone order service during Level Three. It's important to note that we cannot allow customers inside the store during Level Three. To remain contactless and adhere to Government guidelines we can only allow collection of a pre-placed order at the shop entrance or designated collection point.

PHONE ORDERS WITH YOUR LOCAL STORE

If one of the participating phone order stores is in your region and you have the ability to pick a purchase up, you can call and place your order with the staff. We do recommend checking for the item you want online first as this is the best way to shop with Cosmic during Level Three, however if you can't find what you're after we're here to help.

You can call your local store to have a chat about what it is you're looking for. They'll assist you by asking a few questions e.g. Do you know the name of the item you want? What's your budget? A colour or size preference etc.

Our staff will do their very best to work with you and determine what the right product is. Once you're happy we've got it right we can package the order and have it ready and waiting for you to collect. If you're not sure we've got it right we recommend you wait until Level Two so that you can shop instore.

PLEASE NOTE: While we will do our best to work with you and pick the correct item, it's important to note that we cannot process returns as usual during Level Three. Please be very sure you are happy to proceed with your purchase knowing that should you be unhappy we will not be able to exchange, replace, or refund until Level Two.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you have a paywave credit or debit card you will be able to pay safely at our contactless payment point on collection.

You will be able to pay by purchasing via Laybuy to use this method please discuss it with our staff over the phone. We are working to add more payment options ASAP.

COLLECTING YOUR PHONE ORDER

Once you have confirmed your order with our staff your order will be ready for collection, contactless payment will be available via paywave. Please note that you will need to bring age identification with you in order to collect any R18 restricted items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

We are unable to process returns safely during Level Three. While our staff will do everything they can to help you make the right decision, it's difficult during Level Three to know whether we've nailed it for you or not. That's why the staff will ask you whether you are sure you're happy to proceed with purchase before you collect your order. If you're not sure that we've got it right, we strongly recommend you wait until Level Two so that you can shop instore and avoid disappointment.

We realise however that sometimes there might be an issue. Rest assured that we will fulfill our obligations under the consumer guarantees act as soon as Level Two is activated should you have any issues.
