All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
All prices are as stated on the Website but Cosmic reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Cosmic will not honour any sales where products have been sold at an incorrect price in error. In this situation customers will be notified and refunded. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and let you know we are cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes. Sale items, gift card purchases and tickets are excluded from promotional discounts. Please note occasionally Cosmic offers promotions or discounts that are online only, and are not available in store.
Cosmic sells some products that are restricted by law to persons age 18 and over, i.e. smoking related products. We also restrict the sale of some non-regulated products where we, Cosmic, feel they are not fit for persons under the age of 18 such as vaping devices and liquids. To view these products you, the customer, will be prompted to verify that you are 18 or over. By clicking enter you are agreeing that you are 18 or over and therefore confirming that you are of the age to purchase R18 products. At any time Cosmic may request to verify your age and ask for further identification details e.g. Driver License, Passport, Kiwi Access Card. If Cosmic has good reason to believe a person is under the age of 18 we may at any time cancel and refund the order without notice. An email notification will be sent to the contact address provided once the order has been cancelled.
We have a flat rate of $6.50 for shipping anywhere within New Zealand, or $14.50 if your order includes one or more bulky items such as large salt lamps. Any purchase of $49 or more receives free shipping to any NZ address, unless your order contains one or more bulky items, in which case the bulk shipping charge of $14.50 still applies.
We have an overnight delivery target to major towns and cities in NZ for all orders placed by midday business days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays). Rural deliveries take 1-3 working days to be delivered once picked up by the courier. Please note that delays can occur due to circumstances out of our control.
We ship to Australia and United States. Most of our products can be shipped anywhere in the world, however some of our products may be restricted in some territories. It is up to you to understand the laws of your country before you make a purchase with Cosmic. Cosmic holds no responsibility for items held or seized by customs. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
We do not ship Himalayan Salt Lamps or lighters to international addresses, and are only able to ship E-Cigarettes & E-Liquids to Australia.

If for any reason you're not happy with an item you purchased online, you can return it for a refund by sending it back to our distribution centre or by taking it into one of our stores. Please note that our stores do not offer refunds for any returns, including online. If you would like a refund for an online purchase you must send it back to our distribution centre. We do not do exchanges - we will refund you and you can place a new order for the desired item.
Items that cannot be returned are piercing jewellery, consumable items including beauty products and cosmetics, underwear, swimwear and products that are no longer in sell-able condition due to being worn, washed, or packaging and tags being removed.
From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return items with proof of purchase provided they are in sell-able condition and have not been used, worn or washed, and have all of the garment tags or packaging intact.
Please note we will not allow refunds or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
Cosmic will fulfill its obligations in relation to any good under warranty and/or faulty goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act but please be advised that we do not accept returns on purchases made in-store in "change-of-mind" situations.
