When collecting a Click & Collect order you MUST bring an ID to verify your purchase, e.g. Driver License, Passport, Kiwi Access Card.
Please ensure you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up before dropping by the store to avoid disappointment. Pick-up information will be included in the "ready to collect" email and is also provided below.
If the store you're picking up from doesn't have your products in stock currently they will source from another branch for you. We'll do this as quickly as we can, but please allow for our 1-5 day fulfillment target. You can check if the product you are purchasing is in stock at the store you are wanting to order from using the "Check Stock In Store" function on the product page.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
We aim to fulfill all click and collect orders with in 1-5 days. If the product/s you have purchased are not in stock at your desired pick-up location it will be fulfilled from one of our other branches and dispatched to your chosen store as soon as possible. You will receive email confirmation as soon as it has arrived and is ready for pickup.
HOW DOES CLICK AND COLLECT WORK?
With click and collect you have the convenience of shopping our range from home, and then picking up in-store at a time that suits you. A great option if you're not going to be home to accept a courier delivery. Simply choose click and collect at checkout and the store you prefer to pick up from.
Once your order is ready to be picked up, we'll let you know via email. You can pop in to pick up any time during our store hours. Have some ID and your order details handy.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
Yes, there is a flat rate of $5 for Click & Collect purchases.
