Which Cosmic stores will be open?

All Cosmic stores will be open in Level 3 regions.
Auckland stores will remain closed under Level 4.

Will I still be able to enter the store?

You can pop down to Cosmic and shop with us for contactless orders in selected stores as detailed below but you will be unable to enter the store during level 3. Our staff will greet you at a safe distance at the entrance to the store and information about how to shop with us safely will be evident in signage in our windows. What do I need to do when visiting a Cosmic store in level 3?

Please ensure to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
If you are collecting a Click and Collect order you must bring an ID to verify your purchase.
If you feel unwell, do not visit our store and order online.

Can I order online?

Yes, all online orders will be processed normally during level 3. Please note your order may take longer to ship than usual. Once an order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number from NZ Post to track your parcel.

Can I return a product during level 3?

We are unable to accept returns during level 3. We will be processing returns as usual at level 2. If you would like more information or to discuss the returns process please contact the support team at info@cosmicnz.co.nz or local store who will be able to assist you.
